Welcome back!

Hello all, sorry about not posting for a few days, I have been very busy with new campaigns at work, etc. I enjoy posting and felt as if I was robbing a lot of you of your time for not posting any new content. Today I decided to talk about a few websites that I use to make money online. We all know how to make money online and this is just a short list of some different types of sites that will help you continue to make money online. This is just a list of a few that I am either running now, or currently working on.
- Niche Blogs - Niche blogs are great for making money online. You find a niche or many niches depending on what you want to write about, and monetize them in many different ways.
- GPT Sites - Starting your own GPT site can be very profitable as well. To make money online with your own GPT site you will need to find someone who has either been an admin or owned one before. They are a little tricky to learn but fun.
- Social Websites- Create your own social website. I currently am working on a new social networking site that should be launched by December. I am very excited.
These are the three types of sites that I currently own or am working on to make money online. All of these sites can be monetized in different ways. I will be talking about monetizing these sites very soon.

Good day everyone. I wanted to share with everyone my top three ways of making money online. These are the top three money earners for me and you may be surprised by what they are. Now just up front, I don’t earn thousands of dollars a month online, yet. I don’t earn tens of thousands either, yet. Well to let you know the truth I earn around $1500-$2000 net income per month. Not too shabby for an extra income to help supplement my traditional 9-5 workday income. I would enjoy using these three techniques to earn a very good living and I am trying. I will continue to let you know my income for the month of July, next month so that you can see where I am at in my journey towards not having to work that 9-5 regular job.
- eBay - This is the number one income earner for me right now. As stated earlier I go garage selling to purchase new items to sell on eBay. I make approx. $1000 a month just from eBay. I am trying to wien myself off of selling on eBay and so far I continue to sell less and less and my other sources of income continue to rise. Now coming into the summer eBay sales should go down which will help me personally stop selling stuff on eBay so I can concetrate solely on making money online. I would love to be like a lot of bloggers out there making tens of thousands online by just blogging. I hope to get there and I want everyone who stops and reads this blog to be in that party that gets there.
- Affiliate Marketing - My number two spot goes to affiliate marketing. To make money online you have to understand how to use and earn off of affiliate marketing. Whether you are publishing the ads or actually the advertiser that created the product, there is money to be made with affiliate marketing. I am not a guru, I am not even an advanced user of affiliate marketing. I feel I am a little above a noob, but still below intermediate level. I personally chat with some guru’s almost everyday to continue on learning for that is what I feel it takes to make money online. Learn all you can to make as much as you can. I will be sharing all of my tips that I have learned from my guru friends on how to make money online. There are only two networks I work with for the payout the most and the also have the best support for noobs. Check out the post on the PepperJamNetwork.com. Here are my two affiliate networks. Please feel free to check them out:
a. PepperJamNetwork.com - A very new and fresh affiliate network that will pay you $10 right off the bat for signing up. Have started earning well from the group. I really like their support and the offers.
b. MarketLeverage.com - A great affiliate network. I say this is one more for the intermediate affiliate marketers, at least that is what my friends say. I am still earning a decent amount from these guys.
3. The third area that I make money online is from selling ads. Now on this page I have sold only a few ads, but as many successful bloggers will tell you, you need more than one blog. With more than one blog, comes a lot of ad space that adds up. I personally have five different niche blogs that make most of the ad income, compared to the income from ads on this blog.
Those are the top three ways I personally make an extra income online. If you have any questions please feel free to ask them and I will answer as best I can. I will also soon be online to chat with so that I can try to help everyone make money online.

Affiliate Programs,
eBay
Well I am now officially in my fifth week of summer rummage, garage, sale going. Now as many readers are aware I love eBay. I sell everything from my own junk, to my own art, to digital products, to everything in between. Well I have recently been going to garage sales and I have written nothing about them. I feel now is the time for I have quite a find. I was at a local garage sale where a very nice lady sold me a very unique lamp. I thought five dollars wasn’t too bad of a price. So I cleaned it up, gave it a little paint near the base and decided to re list it on eBay. To my surprise this lamp went for $212.50. Wow. What a great little bit of profit.
Today I just want to continue to say that you can make money on eBay. There are many ways to make money online and I feel that eBay is a great way. eBay also has an affiliate program that you can earn from. Check it out here.
So don’t forget about eBay. Lately all the rage is in affiliate marketing, PPC marketing, and it seems that people have forgotten eBay. Since many people are now not looking at eBay as the trophy it once was, I say go for it. Take a nice Saturday morning and go garage selling. You may find a great item for your own home, or you may find some great items to sell on eBay. Either way I feel it is just fun trying to find that special deal that you know will make a killing on eBay.

eBay
Hello and Good Day Everyone.
I would like to just wish everyone a happy 4th of July. Lets keep all the soldiers and their families in our thoughts today as we celebrate our freedom.
I was chatting on the phone with one of my very good friends that also happens to be a vendor of mine for my eBay store last night, when we got into a very heated discussion over why one should open and own a brick and mortar store vs. just being a total virtual venture.
My ideas on making money online just don’t involve owning a brick and mortar store. I personally don’t want the headache of having to always know inventory levels, having to promote my store locally and statewide, and also I dislike the fact that other people would have to be there to accept cash.
- Inventory Levels With the small eBay operation that I am running at the moment my inventory levels don’t have to be out the roof. I have a small niche on eBay and the inventory I need doesn’t even take up a whole closet. Now with owning a brick and mortar store I would have to stock the whole store, make sure I know what is hot at that moment, but still keep other things stocked. In my words, “a headache.”
- Promotion Promoting a brick and mortar store is actually very hard, yet very simple. Online we all think about PPC and email lists, out in the real world, we have mailing lists as well, along with newspaper ads, billboards, advertisements on radio and t.v., live spots, etc. I think back to one of my marketing courses that states for every dollar a company makes 50-65 percent of it went into advertising. To me that is a lot taken away from my profit. If 65% is ads, 35% is cost you only break even. Online or in the virtual world you can blast a very large scale email campaign for pennies.
- Distrust Distrust of employees is also very easy to have. I remember when I worked in a coffee kiosk. One of those Drive ups, give your order, pay, then leave. Well those are mostly a cash business, and I had a manager that was pocketing every third vehicles order. After that in running a brick & mortar business I have always been very weary of who you can trust to take in the money. Ok, I know there are cameras out there, but Bam! again another cost that has to be made up with sales. I hope to have an office building one day, but not an actual store.
Well those are just some of my thoughts on those two. Please feel free to comment and let me know your thoughts.
