Welcome back!

I personally have never found social sites such as Myspace.com, Facebook.com, and Twitter.com all that appealing.  My good friend Uriah, decided that yes I should have a twitter account so that now he can follow me everywhere I go, and he basically yelled at me to also make sure that I update it regularly.  So I created my new twitter account and decided to try to find some plugins for it. 

I was searching the web when a I came across this new plugin that touted viral marketing.  Well of course since I do want to make money online, I want something that will help with traffic and marketing so I did some more research. The new plug-in is called Tweet my blog. Now I will automatically tweet any new blog posts so that way followers will know exactly when I have updated my blog. Brilliant I say.

Good day everyone.  I wanted to share with everyone my top three ways of making money online.  These are the top three money earners for me and you may be surprised by what they are.  Now just up front, I don’t earn thousands of dollars a month online, yet.  I don’t earn tens of thousands either, yet.  Well to let you know the truth I earn around $1500-$2000 net income per month.  Not too shabby for an extra income to help supplement my traditional 9-5 workday income.  I would enjoy using these three techniques to earn  a very good living and I am trying.  I will continue to let you know my income for the month of July, next month so that you can see where I am at in my journey towards not having to work that 9-5 regular job. 

1. eBay - This is the number one income earner for me right now.  As stated earlier I go garage selling to purchase new items to sell on eBay.  I make approx.  $1000 a month just from eBay.  I am trying to wien myself off of selling on eBay and so far I continue to sell less and less and my other sources of income continue to rise.  Now coming into the summer eBay sales should go down which will help me personally stop selling stuff on eBay so I can concetrate solely on making money online.  I would love to be like a lot of bloggers out there making tens of thousands online by just blogging.  I hope to get there and I want everyone who stops and reads this blog to be in that party that gets there. 
2. Affiliate Marketing - My number two spot goes to affiliate marketing.  To make money online you have to understand how to use and earn off of affiliate marketing.  Whether you are publishing the ads or actually the advertiser that created the product, there is money to be made with affiliate marketing.  I am not a guru, I am not even an advanced user of affiliate marketing.  I feel I am a little above a noob, but still below intermediate level.  I personally chat with some guru’s almost everyday to continue on learning for that is what I feel it takes to make money online.  Learn all you can to make as much as you can.  I will be sharing all of my tips that I have learned from my guru friends on how to make money online.  There are only two networks I work with for the payout the most and the also have the best support for noobs.  Check out the post on the PepperJamNetwork.com.  Here are my two affiliate networks.  Please feel free to check them out: 

                   a.  PepperJamNetwork.com - A very new and fresh affiliate network that will pay you                                                                        $10 right off the bat for signing up.  Have started earning                                                                        well from the group.  I really like their support and the                                                                       offers.

                   b.  MarketLeverage.com - A great affiliate network.  I say this is one more for the                                                                         intermediate affiliate marketers, at least that is what my                                                                    friends say.  I am still earning a decent amount from these                                                                    guys.

    3.   The third area that I make money online is from selling ads.  Now on this page I have sold only a few ads, but as many successful bloggers will tell you, you need more than one blog. With more than one blog, comes a lot of ad space that adds up.  I personally have five different niche blogs that make most of the ad income, compared to the income from ads on this blog.

At the end of March, eBay has decided to end listing digital products other than listing as Classified Ads. I really didn’t think this was going to hurt the income that had already been buil from my valued customers and that they were going to go anywhere else to purchase these types of goods, boy was I wrong.I got many of my classified ads taken down and a notice because I had put a buy it now/direct linkto purchase in my classified ad which is not allowed either. Wow, I had a huge drop in profits and sales in total with these new stipulations the eBay has now put on the infopreneurs.
I had to think long and hard about what I was going to do and how I was going to sell my eBooks, and software. Granted for the last few months it was still going alright, but now I have this information just sitting here and really no where to sell it.
Well I was sufing the internet about two weeks ago and came across some new software, called Disc Mojo. Can u imagine putting all you digital products on a CD with Jewel Case, Booklet, etc for only 1.75 cost to you? I had no idea. I was going to try to print out labels, get in some hardcases, create my booklets, etc and I was looking at spending a few hundred to get started and it costing close to $1.25-$1.50 per CD I created at home. That does take into account some of my time to do so as well. Well with Disk Mojo you get to have everything already set up and have an automated disc machine that you don’t even have to ship anything out with. Beautiful I say. Disc Mojo lets you design your packaging, booklet, etc and then the CD is basically dropshipped from another company to your customers.
With this software I can now sell my products on eBay again and see the results I had previously. I will keep everyone updated on the status of now selling real products, vs. plain digital products. Hopefully my sales will continue to rise due to the fact that now all my customers will have a full hard copy of my software, and titles.

Wow, I am highly suprised from Build a Niche Store. If you have never used or heard of Build a Niche Store, I am sorry about your bad luck. I was invited to try Build a Niche Store from one of my friends, who basically put on a wager that I would make my investment back, plus $25 profit in one week. Wow, did I ever lose that wager. Not only did I make back the orignal $97 I spent for the product, but I made $72.17 in the first week. Granted I did spend $35 in advertising so my total profit made was $37.17. Thats take home profits. Woot, I am so excited about this oppurtunity. I have never really used Build a Niche Store before due to my own skepticism, but now I will promote it like none other.
Build a Niche Store uses the Ebay affiliate program to make you money. Users go online to go shopping. They are directed to your store from your advertising. In your unique store they are then taken to eBay’s marketplace where they purchase their goods, and you now have made affiliate commission. I did not think that it would be that great of a service and that no matter how I would advertise it, I would not come out ahead.
Boy was I wrong. I have my niche store all set up with in an hour and then I spent another hour setting up my keywords and advertising. For a good two hours of work and a budget of under $150, I think that Build A Niche Store is awesome. I have always stated that eBay is a great way to make money, and I have never been in thier affiliate program till now. Again I am highly amazed at this program.
