Good day everyone. Today I decided to talk about a few sales tips that I use.
1. Recognize your customer. Recognizing your customer is one of the largest over looked areas in sales. I say use their name and own your sale.
2. Recommend. Recommend your product don’t try to jam it down their throats. Also stay away from data dumping. Don’t just unload your information without knowing what your customer wants.
3. Listen. Listen to your customer needs. Don’t just assume you know what they want.

These steps can help you make money online and also in the real world.

I Love Plugins!!

Hello everybody.  As promised I am going to tell you about my top ten plugins that help me start any new blog in a specific niche.  these plugins help with the blog’s organization, and also in making money online.  I don’t think any of my blogs would be successful with out any of these plugins.  Now I don’t use all of them on this particular blog, due to the fact that here I try to help and try to teach, where as on my other blogs it is all about making that extra income.  These Plugins have been test and used by myself on numerous different blogs, and are the top ten of thousands of different plugins available.

1. CForms 2 :  CForms 2 is one of the first plugins I activate in any wordpress theme.  It is not just a contact form, but can be configured to be any type of form you may need at all.  It is just a great tool to use on any theme.
2. OIOPublisher : This is the first plugin that helps make money online.  OIOPublisher does cost and is not free, but it simplifies selling advertising on your webpage.  It is a great tool that only costs once, yet can be used on an indefinate amount of pages.  My plugin has made its purchase price, only $37, over and over again.
3. Google XML Sitemaps : A great plugin that helps your site getting indexed with google.  This is a must.
4. All in One SEO Pack : This is another must plugin.  This plugin is the complete pack for SEO on any wordpress blog.
5. FeedBurner FeedSmith : This turns your rss feed buttons or any rss link to being able to be tracked with feedburner.  This is also a must.  I really enjoy feedburner.
6. WP-Cache : WP-Cache is an efficient page caching system that allows your site to be much faster and responsive.  It works by caching the pages and storing them in a static file for serving future requests directly from the file rather than loading and compiling the whole code and then building the page from the databases.
7. Automatic Update : This plugin automatically updates wordpress to the newest version.  A great tool.
8. MaxBlogPress : This plugin is the nice little banner message that is a great way for advertising, and also to let your readers know of something that is crucial.
9. WordPress Database Backup : Another must have that backs up your wordpress databases.
10. What Would Seth Godin Do : Displays a custom welcome message to new visitors and another to return visitors.

These are just my top ten.  There are a ton of different plugins available.  These will all help make us an extra income online.

Try to juggle through to make money online.

Hello and good evening everyone.  Today I was in a bind to get a lot of things done.  Especially on these new sites, that will hopefully make money online.  Now I have always been told that you need this, you need that, well you may need some of these things but to make that extra income what we all really need is some great time management.

When it come to this I am not great at all.  I think I put the American Society to speck with procrastination.  I will wait till the last minute for everything.  I’ll know that it needs to get done and it needs to get done now, but what is ten minutes or so.  That ten minutes could be the rent check, could be the new t.v., who knows with trying to make money online.

So today I decided to give a few tips on time management.  I personally have a nice big white board in my office that has times of the day that I know I am usually in there.  Humans are considered creatures of habit so if we continue to do something then we just continue on.  I always go to the office after my shift ends at my 9-5 so right above the computer I have on the white board to remember to read certain blogs, remember to post, ideas about the next days post, and so forth.

Now I am not saying go out and buy a white board, but do try to push yourself to continue on a certain time table to get things done.  Make money online now and don’t put off till tomorrow.

Spend ample time between content writing, working on SEO, marketing, and earning.  I always get swept up with one or the other and then cut the time down in another section.  I say try hard to incorporate equal amounts of time so we all can have great well rounded success.  Hope we are all make time to earn that extra income.

Check it once, No Check it Twice!

Sorry to everybody for not posting the last two days.  I have been busy putting together a few new blogs, along with a new website completely.  So today as I was sitting at my desk deciding what to blog about on my different blogs, how to divy up the time to blog on them all, and also work.  I was also thinking about everything that goes into make a blog successful and what steps are needed after one actually installs wordpress onto their hosting carrier.  So here is my mini checklist:

1.  Find a great theme : I always say find a theme that you really enjoy, and free is always better.  Search the net for a theme you like.

2.  Download Plugins : Find the plugins you feel that you will need on your blog and get them installed.  Hopefully I’ll have a list of my favorite plug ins here in a few days.

3.  Content : Don’t forget to have content on your pages.  I always like to talk about things so content is easy for me, especially in certain niches.  You just don’t want to forget to include any.

4.  Marketing : Drive traffic to your blog.  The easiest ways to at first drive traffic is via EntreCard.com and also Mybloglog.  Traffic is what will help you make money online.  Earning an extra income is what we all want to do, and as always, Traffic, traffic, traffic.  Traffic will make money online, that and a great affiliate program.
